Diet Strategy

In the past, medical researchers refused to acknowledge that diet, nutrition, and food allergies could play a role in immune function and arthritis.  Today, however, proper diet and nutrition are believed to be key elements in the prevention of all types of disease, including arthritis. 

Listed below are some common food allergens of arthritis patients:

Dairy products
Wheat (especially gluten)
Sugar (especially soft drinks)
Nuts (especially peanuts)
Nightshades (eggplants, potatoes, green & red peppers, tomatoes, paprika, tobacco) 

If you think you have arthritis, you may want to be tested for allergies.  When the aggravating substances are greatly reduced or eliminated, the arthritis is usually relieved or even eliminated.

Outlined below is a 3 phase strategy that could dramatically improve your overall health condition.  Try this for at least 30 days and I am sure you will see a difference.  And make sure you drink lots of pure filtered water!

Phase One - Detox

Depending on your physical condition, you may need to detox.  Toxins are at the root of most diseases, and once they are removed, health and well being return. An effective detoxification plan removes the source of disease symptoms, such as aspartame or radiation poisoning, detoxifies toxic residue from the body, and replaces specific nutrients to regain a state of wellness.

Dairy products (milk, cheese, ice cream)
Most grains (wheat, oats, corn, rice and their flours)
Corn Oil

Alkaline-forming foods (examples):
Most fresh vegetables (spinach, broccoli, celery, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, garlic)
Most fresh fruits (apples, avocados, lemons, figs, oranges, melons)
Grains (millet, amaranth, buckwheat, quinoa, wild rice)
Whey Protein powder
Herb Teas, green tea
Virgin Coconut Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Phase Three - Supplements

Vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other natural supplements can provide effective relief without the side effects of conventional drugs.
